Minimum Order: - $100 before freight charges. $50 for pick-up orders. If you do not meet the minimum order, a $10 service charge will be added to the order.
Yearly Minimum Purchasing Requirement: - Any account with purchases under $1,000 may be subject to account closure!
Funds: All orders must be paid in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Numbers: Please give your Customer Number and Linnea's Stock Numbers when ordering. This will greatly reduce the chance of errors on your order.
Pick-Up Orders: Pick-up orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance in order to serve you better. Additional items may be added upon your arrival.
Returns: No returns will be accepted unless first authorized by Linnea's Inc. When calling for a return, please ask for Michelle or Holly. Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receiving merchandise. With return, please include a copy of the invoice, a brief description for the return and the name of the person who authorized your return. Seasonal and food items are not subject for return. If you return anything without authorization from Linnea's, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Also, if you return merchandise damaged or labelled, etc. you may not receive all or any credit for that item.
Credits: Credits will be issued by Linnea's in the form of a credit memo after the receipt of the return, or after claim for damaged merchandise has been approved. Both need prior authorization from Linnea's. Please note we do not issue credits for merchandise under $5.00.
Discrepancies: Any discrepancies must be reported to our office within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Please check the shipping carton and packing material closely, since small items can be easily overlooked. Be sure to check all boxes.
Back-Orders: We prefer that only case items be backordered, but in instances where there are quantities of items missing, we will make backorders within our discretion.
Special Orders: We require 50% down on a credit card. Please be sure that you intend to purchase the item you request. It is not our responsibility to sell items that you decide you don't want. If you are special ordering for a customer, get money down!!!
Damaged Merchandise: Please call Linnea's if you receive damaged product. The shipping company will want to see the merchandise, shipping box and packing material. Do not discard these items until a claim is made and approved.
NSF Checks: A charge of $25.00 will be added to your account each time a check is returned and unpaid. Repeat NSF checks will result in a "cash" or "credit card only" status.
Orders Cannot Be Accepted If: Your account shows overdue invoices or your account is over its credit limit.
Interest: 2% per month or fraction thereof will be charged on a delinquent account. (24% annum)
Warehouse Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Closed all national holidays.
Summer Chocolate: We do not accept responsibility for chocolate shipped during hot weather. UPS will not take responsibility when it concerns a perishable item. Chocolate will ship at your own risk.
Cooler Boxes: We offer Cooler Boxes for your convenience. They fit one (1) case of chocolate per box. Cooler boxes are $9.25 each.
Pretzels: Pretzels are inherently fragile. Neither Linnea's nor UPS takes responsibility for damage. Linnea's takes extra care in packaging for ship out orders.
Checks:We do not accept 2nd or 3rd party checks. We also do not accept postdated checks.
Cash Shipments: UPS no longer accepts cash for C.O.D. deliveries. They will accept money orders, cashier checks and the like. If you are a cash only customer, UPS will not accept a personal or business check.
No Prepaid Orders: Orders may be put on a credit card, sent C.O.D. or charged on a Net 30 Account. We do not accept prepaid orders
Product Availability: We try to have items in stock when you call. Please ask if there is an item that you are particularly in need of.
Service Charge: If you do not meet the $100 minimum order there will be a $10 service charge added to your invoice.
Manufacturer Shortages: We are not responsible for manufacturer shortages. We will do our best to see that you receive a credit or merchandise.
Mold Catalog: Mold Catalogs are available for $5.00. They come in plastic binders and you will receive supplements when available.
Air Packages: If you request a package sent Air, it will require a credit card.
Delivery Time: We do not guarantee UPS delivery times. If you feel your package(s) have not arrived in time, then a claim can be forwarded to UPS.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.
Standard Terms: It is Linnea's policy that chocolate orders be paid by credit card or C.O.D. if you have miscellaneous merchandise and your terms are Net 30. You may request a separate order for non-chocolate items.
Molds: In order to serve you better, please check all 2-piece molds upon receiving to make sure you have five (5) fronts and five (5) backs per package. Please contact us immediately with any shortage so that we can correct the problem.
